A quarterly review of progress, decisions, and what to stop, start, and keep.

What this asks, and why
On the first morning of a quarter it asks how much progress you made on what mattered (1–5), what the last three months made room for and what they crowded out, which decision you are most glad you made, what you will stop, start, and keep, and how much energy you bring into the next quarter (1–5). Four a year is enough to see a direction and few enough to take each one seriously.

Suggested rhythm
Quarterly · First day · Morning. That is the schedule this program arrives with. In the app you can change the day, the time of day, or the rhythm itself — a weekly review can become a monthly one.
This opens a preview of the program in your browser. The questions, the metrics, and the schedule travel inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded and there is no account. On an iPhone with Reflection Space installed, Safari’s banner at the top of this page hands the program straight to the app. In the app you see the same preview, tap Add to My Templates, and can start reflecting straight away. The free tier holds one active template — this can be it.
