What this asks, and why
A Friday midday pause for anyone whose week fills with work that is urgent rather than important: rate how far the strategic goals advanced (1–5), then answer whether your actions served the long-term vision and what the biggest bottleneck is right now. The rating across weeks is the honest answer to whether the strategy is getting your time.

Suggested rhythm
Fridays · Middle of day. That is the schedule this program arrives with. In the app you can change the day, the time of day, or the rhythm itself — a weekly review can become a monthly one.
This opens a preview of the program in your browser. The questions, the metrics, and the schedule travel inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded and there is no account. On an iPhone with Reflection Space installed, Safari’s banner at the top of this page hands the program straight to the app. In the app you see the same preview, tap Add to My Templates, and can start reflecting straight away. The free tier holds one active template — this can be it.
