A Friday-morning review for people who lead others: rate team morale and communication clarity (both 1–5), name who on the team needs more support right now, and record one decision you made and how confident you are in it. Two metrics kept weekly show a team’s mood over time rather than this week’s alone, and the decision log lets you check your confidence against what actually happened.
