Build your own reflection template
Build a reflection template in your browser: your questions, a 1–5 or yes/no metric on the ones that matter, a schedule. Carry it into Reflection Space with one link.

What a template is
A Reflection Space template is a short, ordered set of questions you answer on a schedule, with a metric on the answers that matter: a 1–5 scale or a yes/no. Because the questions and the metric stay the same each time, the answers become a trend, and Patterns can show how one metric moves with another. The programs we publish are templates like this; here you build your own.
Three steps
- Build. Name it, pick its icon, and write your questions — a written answer, a 1–5 scale or a yes/no on each. Then the details: a line about it, a category, and when it asks — daily, on chosen weekdays, monthly, quarterly or yearly, in the morning, the middle of the day or the evening.
- Preview. See it the way the app asks it, one question per step, and the next five moments your schedule would come round.
- Take it with you. Get the link the apps import, a QR code, and a snippet for a newsletter or a website. The template travels inside the link itself.
Where your template lives
In the link. The template is built in this browser and packed into the link itself; it isn’t uploaded to Reflection Space, and this site stores nothing — your draft stays in this tab until you close it. Anyone with the link can see the template, so share it as you would a note. The app keeps to its own rule. Nothing leaves the device unless you bring your own key.
