What this asks, and why
Once a year, in the quiet week before it turns, this asks for a 1–5 rating of the year, the three moments that defined it, what you know about yourself now that you did not a year ago, what you are carrying forward and leaving behind, and one yes or no: are you closer to the life you want than you were a year ago. The questions are the same every year on purpose. The answers, side by side, are the review.

Suggested rhythm
Yearly · Dec 28 · Morning. That is the schedule this program arrives with. In the app you can change the day, the time of day, or the rhythm itself — a weekly review can become a monthly one.
This opens a preview of the program in your browser. The questions, the metrics, and the schedule travel inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded and there is no account. On an iPhone with Reflection Space installed, Safari’s banner at the top of this page hands the program straight to the app. In the app you see the same preview, tap Add to My Templates, and can start reflecting straight away. The free tier holds one active template — this can be it.
