What this asks, and why
A one-minute check-in before the day starts: rate last night’s sleep (1–5), say whether you feel rested (yes or no), note any dream worth keeping, and name what might have affected your sleep. The two metrics are what make it more than a diary: set alongside any other metric you track, Patterns can show whether a short night shows up in your mood or your energy the next day.

Suggested rhythm
Every day · Morning. That is the schedule this program arrives with. In the app you can change the day, the time of day, or the rhythm itself — a weekly review can become a monthly one.
This opens a preview of the program in your browser. The questions, the metrics, and the schedule travel inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded and there is no account. On an iPhone with Reflection Space installed, Safari’s banner at the top of this page hands the program straight to the app. In the app you see the same preview, tap Add to My Templates, and can start reflecting straight away. The free tier holds one active template — this can be it.
